- Returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Items not meeting the above criteria may be deemed ineligible for return and will not be refunded or replaced.
2. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law:
- Items sold as “Final Sale” or at clearance discount
- Custom or personalized items with customer-supplied content (e.g. names, designs, images)
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

3. Return Procedure

- Full name and contact information associated with the order
- Order number
- Detailed reason for return
- Photographs clearly depicting any defect or issue (if applicable)
- Indication of whether a refund or replacement is requested
After receiving your request, our team will assess eligibility and provide further instructions, including a designated return address.
4. Return Shipping
- No-cost returns: Return shipping fees are waived for items received in damaged or defective condition, or in the case of incorrect items delivered.
- Customer-paid returns: If the return is initiated for reasons other than product defect or fulfillment error, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
5. Processing & Refunds
- Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection to confirm condition and eligibility.
- Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- In the case of a replacement, the new item will be shipped within 3–5 business days following approval.
Customers will be notified via email at each stage of the process. Please note that shipping fees paid during the original purchase (if any) are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or where an error was made on our part.
