Shopping & Product Information
1. How can I search for products?
Use the search bar located at the top of our website to find specific products, or navigate through categories to discover our collections.
2. Can I create a wishlist?
Yes. You can save items for future purchases by clicking the “Add to Wishlist” button on each product page.
3. How do I check product availability?
Stock status is displayed on each product page. If available, you’ll see the “Add to Cart” button. If out of stock, you may opt-in for restock notifications.
4. Is account creation mandatory for ordering?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, an account gives you order tracking, faster checkout, and access to special promotions.

1. What payment methods are accepted?

Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?

2. How can I return an item?
Follow the return instructions in your order confirmation email. Include your invoice and ensure the item is unused and in original packaging.
3. Who pays for return shipping?
- zapzywear covers return shipping if the product is faulty or incorrect.
- Customers are responsible for returns due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind).
4. Do you allow exchanges?
