Need to Cancel or Edit Your Order?
We know things can change. That’s why we give you a short window to adjust or cancel your order before it goes into production or shipping.
You’ve Got 24 Hours
If you need to make changes — whether it’s your shipping address, item size, or just a change of heart — you’ve got 4 hours from the time your order was placed to let us know. After that, it may already be moving through our system.

Include your order number and details of what you’d like changed or canceled. We’ll reply quickly to confirm next steps.
A Few Things to Know
- Shipping Info: Please triple-check your delivery address at checkout. If it’s wrong and your package can’t be delivered, we’ll have to charge a reshipping fee.
- Custom Orders: Once a personalized product starts production, it can’t be changed or canceled. (That’s the trade-off for something made just for you.)
