- Final Sale Products: Discounted, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for post-order changes or cancellations.
- Bulk Orders: Large-volume purchases (typically B2B or wholesale orders) may follow separate terms of agreement and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Customer Responsibility for Order Details
- Shipping Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all shipping and contact information is complete and accurate prior to finalizing the order. zapzywear assumes no liability for delivery errors resulting from incorrect input at checkout.
- Returned Shipments: If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer will be notified and may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatching the product.
