Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during our business hours (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST), excluding national postal holidays. The following holidays may affect processing:

- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
We begin processing your order once your payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note, all timelines below are estimates and may be affected by external factors once the package leaves our facility.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
It may take 3–7 business days for the carrier to scan and update the tracking status. If tracking is not yet available, it means the parcel is still in processing.

Customized Orders
For orders involving customization or personalization, please allow extra time for our team to finalize your design. The additional time depends on the complexity of your request.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, we ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations
Incorrect Addresses
To avoid delays or lost packages, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in the following:
- Returned orders may be discarded if undeliverable or unclaimed.
- Reshipping fees will apply for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
- We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if the shipping address provided was incorrect or if you request redirection after shipment.
